Training Sessions

Now that the government restrictions have been eased we are able to resume outdoor training sessions in groups of 15 from Monday 10th May.

We are now introducing Coached Run Sessions on Tues nights in the Curragh for all abilities and the Sunday cycles (groups of 8) will be meeting at K-Leisure on Sunday mornings.

Members who wish to attend group sessions should book in on the Bookfit App under Naas Triathlon Club.

We will update this programme as things progress in June.

Tuesday: Running Session

Curragh – 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Thursday: Turbo Session

Zoom – 7:30 to 8:45pm

Sunday: Group Cycles Meeting

K-Leisure Car Park, Naas – 8:30 am

Novice Training

Novices: If you’re new to the sport now is the perfect time to get started. Naas Tri Club have separate training plans for beginners and the Novice training group will gradually introduce new members to swimming biking and running though our weekly training sessions and ensure you’re ready to confidently take on your first triathlon. Please note that due to Covid-19 we have introduced new protocols for our training sessions:

1)  Members should download the Bookfit App and book in advance for Running, Turbo and Sunday Cycling sessions – this is to facilitate contact tracing.

2)  Members should adhere to social distancing rules at all times.
