We have a full range of training sessions to assist our members. Our current schedule is:

Monday: Running Session
Monread Park, Naas @ 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Wednesday: Strength & Flexibility Session
Cancelled – See post on Strength & Flexibility Sessions

Thursday: Turbo Session
Gael Scoil Nas Na Riogh, Naas @ 8pm to 9pm

Saturday:  Swim Session, 
Killashee Leisure  6:45am – €3 on the door

Sunday: Group Cycle
All Groups Meeting at K-Leisure Car Park, Naas @ 8:30am

All sessions cater for beginners right through to Full Ironman programmes and everywhere in between

‘Time to Tri’
Congratulations to those who followed last year’s dedicated training plan to get new members ready for their first triathlon in Tri-Athy. We’ll be starting this again soon for 2018, with an introductory evening on 22nd Feb, so watch this space or contact Wayne Carroll – novices@naastriathlonclub.com
